Spinach lemon pasta gives an interesting twist on more traditional pasta meals. This dish gives you a healthy pasta that is surprisingly refreshing, quick and easy to prepare. For this meal you will need: 1 cup uncooked angel hair pasta, 1 clove minced garlic (or pinch of asafoetida), 6 oz baby spinach, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 and 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest. To begin preparations, cook pasta as directed on the package. While pasta is cooking, saute garlic in butter until tender and mix in spinach, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Continue cooking the pasta until it is finished, then add pasta to sauce. Thoroughly mix and serve warm. You can also add feta cheese at the end if you like.
