This movement can be performed with both a kettlebell and a dumbbell. To begin, hold the weight in your left hand and lift your left leg a little off the floor. Lean forward by lowering the weight towards the floor and hinging at the hips. As a counterbalance, during the movement swing your right leg behind you to achieve a pendulum effect.
