20. Stir Fry Pork
Makes: 4 servings
1 tablespoon oil
1 pound pork strips
1 sliced onion
½ seeded, and sliced lengthwise red bell pepper
½ seeded, and sliced lengthwise green bell pepper
1 cup cubed pineapple
2 teaspoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
½ cup bottled plum sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
In a skillet, heat oil on medium heat.
Add pork strips and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes until tender.
Add onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, pineapple, Jamaican jerk seasoning, plum sauce, soy sauce and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
